Any student body organization supervised by ASB--in our case, our clubs and grade-level governments--who would like to run an event or fundraiser must submit two documents to ASB:
The ASB Fundraising/Activity Approval Form
Meeting notes wherein the event/fundraiser in question was discussed and approved by a quorum.
Please allow two (2) weeks minimum for the event to be approved by the ASB Executive Board and the Site Director. Until an event has been approved by the Site Director, there can be no advertisement for the event.
