Jennifer Elder
Assistant Professor of Mathematics
Missouri Western State University

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 2014, and a Master of Arts in Mathematics in 2016 from California State University, Fresno (Fresno State). While at Fresno State, I worked on permutations, combinatorial game theory, and knot theory.

I earned my PhD in Mathematics from Arizona State University in 2021. I conducted research in combinatorics under my advisor, Dr. Susanna Fishel. My work was on permutations, specifically properties of sets of reduced words.

I currently do research in dynamical algebraic combinatorics, permutation properties, posets, and parking functions.
