Antonio Hollywood, a 15-year-old athlete and honor roll student, navigates life after the death of his mother. A freshman with Kennett High School’s football team, Hollywood plays varsity and is considered to be one of the best players on his team by his coaches and teammates. The teenager navigates the dynamics of a team on and off a field as he engages with the possibility of a new family. Born and raised in the bootheel of Kennett, Mo., Hollywood’s journey has begun.
