Q: What is the A LA CARTE price for the Accelerated Reader subscription?
A: A LA CARTE pricing will only be available through the Homeschool Hub (HUB). Pricing is discounted based on the retail cost of each subscription.
Please refer to the OSP A LA CARTE ordering instructions for how to order in the HUB. Once the subscription has been selected you will be able to view the price.
Q: Is myON Reader/News included with the Accelerated Reader subscription this year?
A: No, myON Reader/News will not be bundled with the Accelerated Reader subscription this year.
Q: We had an Accelerated Reader subscription through the OSP last year, can we renew our existing subscription?
A: Unfortunately, due a change in accounts and processing, we we will not be able to renew Accelerated Reader subscriptions from the previous school year.
Q: I tried logging in to my students account and it says it's been locked. How do I unlock the account?
A: If you have an immediate need to access your students account, you can reach out to your HST. Otherwise the account will unlock automatically overnight.
Q: How can I access Accelerated Reader if I've forgotten my password?
A: The student username and password are the same as your Star360 credentials. Please contact your HST to request your student's Star360 login credentials.
Q: Will I have access to a parent account?
A: No, unfortunately, Accelerated Reader does not provide parent accounts for tracking process. However, you may contact your HST if you have any specific questions about your child's progress in Accelerated Reader.
Q: How do I know if there is an Accelerated Reader quiz for my student's book?
A: Please go to https://www.arbookfind.com/default.aspx and enter the book's title into the Quick Search bar. If there is a quiz associated with the book, it will display in the search results.
Q: How do I access books in Accelerated Reader?
A: Unfortunately, Accelerated Reader does not offer access to books or course material.
