In this lesson we looked at various different profiles and the content posted on these profiles. We then used positive and negative adjectives to label how these people were behaving with others.
We learnt that sometimes some people pretend to be someone else on the internet. They can also say mean and rude things.
When posting online we must make sure we use kind and pleasant words and treat others the way we would treat them offline.

In this lesson we identified the input devices used to record sound and output devices needed to listen to it. Then we recorded our voices using a computer, and reflected on what makes a good audio recording.
Here we connected the input devices and output devices. We then thought about PCs and labelled where the input and output devices were.

In this lesson, we recorded and re-recorded our voices to improve our recordings. We then edited the recordings, by removing long pauses and mistakes. We then listened to a range of podcasts and identify the features of a podcast.
I used BandLab to record sounds. I prepared my script so that I knew what I needed to say when recording. I monitored my volume by looking at the wavelengths and the colours
When recording I made sure I used loud clear voice. If I didn't like any part of the audio I deleted this by trimming the sound clip.

To recognise the different parts of creating a podcast project

In this lesson, we recorded our voices and then imported and aligned sound effects to create layers in our recordings. We learned how to save our work so it remains editable. We will start to plan our own podcast which they will work on in future lessons.
We wrote up our script for our podcast. Once we finished recording we tried to add in sound effects to make our podcast sound more interesting. This was a little challenging.
Our podcast was about the fun activities we will be doing this week at Mission Grove.
