Mission Statement

The ASIC & STEMLC combined Mission Statement: The ASIC and STEMLC components of TLC provide free and quality course content support to all MiraCosta students in a swath of disciplines, such as business, music and other arts, science, and math courses. This support is accomplished utilizing a friendly, inviting environment with qualified instructors, professional subject matter experts, and trained tutors and staff.
