Until 2015, I was globally assigned over 20 years for Swiss industrial technology providers. As of 2006, I held various management positions. The areas of work until then were: Production lines of the processing industry, precision Machinery for manufacturing, Petrochemical (also offshore), Chemicals and Plastics, Powertrains for these but also Power plants, Hydropower and Cement. Later Waste to Energy technology plants as coordinator and site-supervisor. Then 10 years in mining and minerals processing technology. Processing technique for the products of the lime cycle (CaCO3-CO2: CaO + H2O: Ca (OH) 2 + CO2: CaCO3). The last position as an employee was that of Senior Quality Manager at the world leader in lime kilns and lime plants. Maerz Ofenbau AG is based in Zurich and belongs to the ThyssenKrupp Group.
In 2016 I started my own business. Since then, I offer support to an international clientele in managing their projects and intentions. I gradually see my niche helping the transformation of innovators (start-up) to functioning producers and employers. My main goals and what I consider essential projects can be summarized:

Often I'm called to serve as site or project manager. I offer support for conversions and new plants. Overbridge Management Vacancies (temporary help) or offer management assistance in various industries. This cross-cultural and language, thus well suited for international customers. My strengths in leadership are to communicate actively, to create transparency and to keep people in critical phases together. From my humble experience: Coaching and empowering is a most amazing, vital and lasting management method. It is also a field requiring self reflection and in which we must strive to get better day-by-day, all the time. One weakness that had to be developed into strength is my love for perfection. Used properly and thanks to an active life school, it became an added value. I'm a fighter for the ways and procedures that I and ultimately my clients consider smart and best in class. In other words, considered and proven suitable. This requires courage for interpersonal leadership in an open exchange: in the long run always leading to authenticity, fairness, respect, trust and most important: success and Friendships. Teamwork, real leadership and solid results require structures, constant flow and quality in communication and the value chain. This applies in everyday business. It also strengthenes my family with a wonderful wife of Japanese descent. And even if my professional calling allows me only a part of the year at home: We are happy parents of 4 boys between 8 and 17 years.
