Alright, whether it really is the greatest or not is up to you (it is), but hopefully it will at least be the no nonsense, inclusive and inspiring blog I am hoping to create.
Mini Pep Talks aims to help you find peace and direction in 2023 and beyond. Everyone is different and life can feel increasingly demanding, but that doesn't mean that you can't make changes and live your best life! Alongside my personalised coaching offer, there will be regular posts on issues around wellness, equality and relationships, as well as sharing stories from the people I work with and my own experiences.
