Coaching uses a short-term, structured, goal focussed approach to support people to enable themselves to make positive changes in their life. Time will be spent reflecting on your current situation, deciding where you would like to move towards, and creating an action plan to get there.
At Mini Pep Talks, coaching is offered through an inclusive, resource-oriented approach, with the aim to support you to find your own path and overcome whatever barriers you are facing. Sessions are facilitated online by an informed, respectful and creative coach with years of experience helping people of all backgrounds and identities.
