Equality

Those who know me are aware that I am passionate about identity politics. It is what has driven me to improve equity, diversity and inclusion in the music therapy profession and has been key to my own development and well-being.

The more that we understand ourselves and each other the better off we all are. As someone who has spent hours and hours of my life pondering all the complexities and challenges of this subject, I am bringing some of my thoughts together in the hope that maybe you can learn or relate to aspects of what I share with you here.
