Travel with the FFA is often the source for life-long friendships and a wealth of positive memories. Below are potential opportunities as well as interest sign-ups for 2024-25 FFA travel.
For all FFA travel, the following rules apply:
Code of conduct
I will conduct myself at all times in order to be a credit to my organization, chapter, school and community by:
1. Dressing neatly and appropriately for the occasion.
2. Showing respect for the rights of others and being courteous at all times.
3. Being honest and not taking unfair advantage of others.
4. Respecting the property of others.
5. Refraining from loud, boisterous talk, swearing, and other unbecoming conduct. **This includes the use of any e-cigarettes or vapes or other “unbecoming” items to Minico and/or the National FFA Organization. Mrs. Stapelman has a 0 tolerance of any of these! **
6. Demonstrating sportsmanship in the show ring, judging contests and meetings.
7. Being modest in winning and generous in defeat.
8. Attending meetings promptly and respecting the opinion of others in discussion.
9. Taking pride in our organization, activities, supervised experience program, exhibits, and the occupation of agriculture.
10. Sharing with others experiences and knowledge gained by attending national and state meetings.
11. Striving to establish and enhance my skills through agricultural education in order to enter a successful career.
12. Appreciating and promoting diversity in our organization.
13. Participating students will be subject to periodic bag and personal checks.
As a representative of my school, my family, my FFA advisor, and my peers, I agree to abide by the above Code of conduct and I understand that any violation of the above standards may result in expulsion from the current activity and exclusion from future chapter activities.
