Office Hours
Office Hours are offered by every teacher before and after school. Morning Office Hours are from 8:00 AM until 8:25 AM. Afternoon Office Hours are from 3:05 PM until 3:35 PM. Teachers can assign students to office hours or students can drop-in as needed.
Academic Call-Back
Academic Call-Back
Academic Call-Back is held during both lunches every day of the week. While students can elect to attend Academic Call-Back on their own, many teachers will assign students to Academic Call-Back in the SSC. This time is used to make-up tests or quizzes, complete missing assignments, or catch up on late work.
Focused Study Hall

Focused Study Hall (FSH) is held Monday through Thursday in the SSC during Evening Study Hours. FSH is facilitated by the SSC Staff to provide students support in completing missing work, overall course content, and organizational skills.
Saturday Morning Study Hall
Saturday Morning Study Hall
Saturday Morning Study Hall (SMSH) is available to all students each Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Teachers assign students to SMSH if they have missing assignments in one or more classes. If students are assigned, parents, students, and advisors are notified via email by Thursday at 3:30pm. A member of the SSC Team facilitates study hall each Saturday to help students complete all their work.
The Student Success Center records, creates, and tracks learning plans for all students with accommodation needs. Information on diagnoses and accommodations is taken directly from the student’s IEP, ISP, 504, Psychological-Educational Evaluation, or Parent Questionnaire.
