Bring a planner, pen/pencil, and a SURF book to each class. You will also need to have colored pencils, scissors, and a glue stick for this class.
Unless a due date is indicated, assignments written in the planner are due the next class.
A stamp in the planner indicates that assignments are written down correctly. It does not mean assignments are completed.
Students encouraged to check Infinite Campus (IC) at least once a week.
Late work will be accepted for full credit only if it is submitted before the summative assessment for those standards has been given.
Students will need to email Mrs. Cook if they are turning in late work.
Formative assessments, or quizzes, can be re-taken for an opportunity at a higher grade unless it is an "open-book" situation. A re-take must be taken within a specified window of time.
Due to the nature of the assignments, summative assessments and projects may not be re-taken and are final.
It is the student's responsibility to collect and make up absent work with Mrs. Cook. If a student is absent for an extended period, please let the office and your teacher know ahead of time.
