Change my Timetable

If you wish to change your timetable or course at Milestones English Academy, follow these steps to ensure your request is processed smoothly. Remember, these changes must comply with your visa conditions and MEA’s policies.

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

Before submitting a request, ensure you meet the following requirements:

• All tuition and material fees must be fully paid.

• You are not breaching any attendance or academic requirements.

• The course or timetable you wish to move to has availability.

Step 2: Complete the Form

• Complete the Change of Timetable Form here.

• Fill Out Personal Details: Provide your full name, Student ID, current class, and other requested information.

• Select Request Type: Indicate whether you are requesting:

  • A change in timetable (e.g., moving from morning to evening classes or vice versa).

Step 3: Specify the Date of Change

Clearly mention the date you want the change to take effect. Be realistic and ensure there’s enough time for processing (usually 5 business days).

Step 4: Understand Terms and Conditions

• You may need to pay additional fees if the new timetable has different tuition or material costs. These fees must be cleared before the change is finalised.

• The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) will be informed if there is a change to your eCoE. It is your responsibility to ensure your visa remains compliant with these changes.

Step 5: Submit the Form

• Email the completed form to studentservices@milestones.vic.edu.au or submit it in person at the Student Services desk.

• Ensure all sections are correctly filled and signed to avoid delays.

Step 6: Await Approval

• Allow up to 5 business days for MEA to process your request.

• The Academic Manager will review your application, and you will receive confirmation via email.

1. Non-Refundable Fees: Any additional costs incurred for the change are non-refundable.

2. Class Availability: Changes are subject to timetable and course availability.

3. Compliance: Ensure your request aligns with MEA’s policies and your visa conditions.
