This on demand training consists of 5 short videos.  Each video concludes with asking you to answer a few quick questions to check understanding via the green "Quiz" button found under the video.  After you have completed the quiz, please move on to the next section by clicking the arrow icon. 

The recording may be quite slow, or too fast depending on your preferences.  To change the playback speed, select the gear icon in the bottom right of the player and set to preferred speed (recommended is 1.25x).
