This unit introduces the notions of trauma, and the different types of experience someone can have of pain and other sensations. We will look at the remedy Arnica. Arnica is an important remedy in first aid situations and can be thought of in many cases of trauma.

You can purchase Arnica in 30ch from most pharmacies. Or refer to the Resources section for more information on where to purchase Arnica. The document with Arnica Instructions assumes you will use the 30ch potency. Also, refer to Unit 3 and Unit 9 for suggestions on your home First Aid Remedy Kit.
