Scholar-Practitioner Narrative 

This scholar-practitioner narrative represents who I am and how I show up in the field of student affairs. It reflects my journey through the Student Affairs in Higher Education (SAHE) program and how I have developed a deeper understanding of connecting theory to practice in meaningful ways. Through my experiences in residence life, advising, and leadership, I highlight how I support students through identity development, transition, and belonging.

This piece captures the challenges, growth, and defining moments that shaped my purpose and strengthened my commitment to creating inclusive and supportive spaces. It speaks to my passion for advocacy, representation, and building community, especially for marginalized students. More than anything, this narrative shows not just what I have learned, but how I lead, how I care, and how I continue to grow in this work.
