I am currently a Community Manager and emerging student affairs professional committed to fostering student development, belonging, and inclusive campus communities. My work centers on supporting students holistically while creating spaces where they feel seen, valued, and empowered to show up as their full selves.
For example, the photo to the right highlights my RA, Kennedy, receiving an award on the same day we had a conversation centered around self-authorship and recognition. In that moment, I was able to support and empower her, and she was later recognized with the Black Excellence Award during Black History Month.

In my current role as a Community Manager, I oversee a residential community while supervising and mentoring resident assistants, managing community operations, and responding to student needs in real time. I design and implement over 100 programs annually, manage budgets exceeding $3,000, and create intentional spaces that support student development, belonging, and engagement. Through this work, I have strengthened my leadership, crisis response, and supervision skills while learning how to navigate complex student situations with care, adaptability, and a student-centered approach.
