Students in our Band, Strings, and AP Music Theory classes use Smart Music. This program is a web-based tool that supports efficient practice. Because it offers immediate feedback, students find it most helpful in enhancing their musicianship.

Sight Reading Factory

Students in our Band, Strings, Chorus, and AP Music Theory classes utilize Sight Reading Factory. Frequent sight reading practice helps students quickly master the art of reading music. Sight Reading Factory provides multiple levels of difficulty which can be personalized for each student.

Noteflight Learn

ToneSavvy

Students in AP Music Theory use Noteflight to compose music, record live audio into scores, and get immediate feedback. The customizable score editor ranges from beginner to professional use. This feature encourages individualized instruction and promotes student growth.

Students in both Music Theory and AP Music Theory utilize ToneSavvy. This website provides a wide range of exercises which focus on ear training, sight reading, chord progression, and interval building. All of these concepts help students develop a more nuanced understanding of the music they hear.

Pixlr

Photopea

Students in Digital Photography, Studio Art Workshop, and AP Art Studio utilize Pixlr, an online photo editor which can be used in a web browser for free. Students can experiment as they manipulate their photographs by applying a variety of special effects to the image, including changing the background, combining photographs, etc.

Students in Digital Art and Design, Advanced Digital Art and Design, Advanced Art Techniques, Studio Art Workshop, and AP Studio Art utilize Photopea. Photopea is a web-based graphics editor used for image editing, making illustrations, digital painting and/or merging various images (composites).
