Aspen

Aspen is the district's student information system, which is where you can find details about the contact information the district has on file for you, student grades, transportation, and more. Aspen can be accessed via the web or via the MHRD App., which can be downloaded onto your phone or tablet.

Students and parents/guardians all have their own Aspen accounts. Please encourage students to monitor their own progress using their Aspen accounts.

How to Set Aspen Alerts

If you would like to be notified any time a student is marked absent, any time a grade is posted, or any time a grade falls below a certain threshold, you can set up alerts in Aspen.

Once you log in to Aspen, click on the Family Top Tab and then the Notifications Side Tab. here, you will be able to select the notifications you want to subscribe to, and you can set a grade threshold for notification. For example, setting the threshold for 100 will send you a notification for every grade below 100.

Academics

Click the Academics Top Tab in Aspen to access current grades and attendance in each course. Click into each course under "Description" to be taken to that class. Then select the Assignments side tab to see detailed information on each assignment. You can also see daily attendance information for each course here. Teachers often leave comments next to each assignment grade, so please check your assignment details frequently.

Transportation

Click on the Family Top Tab in Aspen and then the Details Side Tab and then Transportation to access your bus information.
