49 degrees and below: Sweatshirt/jacket, pants, hat, gloves
COOL WEATHER
50-59 degrees: long sleeves (preferably sweatshirt or jacket) and pants
SPRING WEATHER
60-69 degrees: long sleeves (jacket, sweatshirt, long-sleeve T; shorts OK)
WARM WEATHER
70+ degrees: short sleeves and shorts
