Fuel &  Hydration

It is important to stay hydrated and energized

Water bottle - bring to practice and meets

Fuel - small snack before practice. During meets, before and in between meet events (banana, apple, string cheese, energy bites, PB&J, etc). 

Meets may have concessions - dinner or food for after events is allowed and can be brought in by athletes or spectators.

Parents and spectators can bring food and drinks for their athletes and themselves to Meets. Plan for snacks, sandwiches and water to last until 8:00 p.m.

WATER BOTTLE - be sure it's filled!

Energy Bites are a great fuel option. So are PB&Js.

Apples and Cheese are excellent pre-event snacks.

Sub sandwiches are a fan and athlete favorite for after a track meet.
