What is it? TalentEd goals are the individual or team objectives that staff set within the TalentEd Perform system as part of the annual evaluation process. These goals describe what goals staff plan to achieve during the year and how the associated work contributes to student learning, program effectiveness, or district operations.
TalentEd goals apply to all work groups and are meant to align with the Continuous Improvement Plans of schools, programs, and departments, as well as the district’s strategic plan, Blueprint ’28. They work alongside Professional Development Plans to create consistency between personal growth, team priorities, and organizational improvement.
By setting specific, measurable goals, such as improving student engagement, strengthening school climate, or addressing operational needs, daily work is connected to broader district progress. Regular check-ins and feedback keep goals relevant, highlight training needs, and provide data to support continuous improvement.
