These processes are designed to work together. For example, Professional Development Plans should support the goals and strategies outlined in your Continuous Improvement Plan. Similarly, TalentEd Goals can be directly connected to your improvement priorities. This alignment ensures that individual, program, and system-level efforts are all moving in the same direction toward our shared strategic priorities.
