In Life in a Flash, we learned about mental health. For a project, we created an uplifting, positive Instagram post. The goal was to spread positivity on social media. Our class voted, and the top three winners were featured on Mercy’s Instagram Page. We used Canva to create our posts. My favorite part was thinking of a positive message.
