Our Interventionists meet with small groups of students to concentrate on phonetics, comprehension, inferencing, predicting, character traits, and other reading skills to help students reach and surpass grade-level reading proficiency.
Students participating in the Reading Intervention Program receive consistent, small-group instruction from retired certified teachers during the school day. Using a High-Impact Tutoring approach, educators provide personalized literacy support and progress monitoring to help students strengthen skills and build confidence.
By the end of each school year, we see tremendous growth in our students.
This graph shows the average percentage of students on grade-level in the fall and spring across all of our Community School Reading Intervention Programs.
