Prequalifying questionnaires to use the Innovation Equipment and Space. By completing these, you can build your knowledge base and capabilities for applicable skills you can bring with you into your post-graduation life.

If a piece of equipment broke while you or someone else was using it, you will likely not be charged for a replacement unless it was due to negligent or improper use. Just submit this form to ensure an Innovation Center official is notified and can rectify the problem. You might also fill out this form if you notice any supplies are running low or have been all used up.

Want to reserve the space or equipment for use? Be sure to sign up here! Once you are certified to use a piece of equipment, you can reserve it by filling out this form and come in during your time slot to use it. Please be mindful that other students may want to reserve equipment too, so don't block out ALL the time slots for yourself.

Stop in during our Open Hours (Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00pm noon - 2:00pm) to learn to use the equipment in the Innovation Center! by engaging in these, you can have your practical Celebration of Knowledge waived! Besides, it's so much more fun to learn in a hands-on setting with your peers!
