1. これは、オンライン雑誌です。現在、国会図書館の雑誌番号を取得して次のような方針でネット刊行すべく準備中です。

2. 投稿は、研究所員はもちろん誰でもいつでもできます。hxo@mel2015.com 宛に、完成原稿（Word形式とPDF形式の2編）を送ってください。なお論考には、理論研究論文と実践研究報告があります。投稿する時には、どちらかを選んでください。

3. 書式や表記法などの論文作成の詳しい内容、および執筆にあたっての研究倫理および論文不正問題については、下記の「『博物館教育学研究』執筆要領 」「論文テンプレート」「倫理基準および論文不正について」ファイルを参照してください。

4. 論文を受け付けした後、すぐに査読作業をおこない、査読が終了して受理が決定次第、順次このＨＰ上で公開します。したがって、掲載論文は巻号方式ではなく、通し番号方式とします。

5. 査読は、下記の二つの査読方法を選ぶことができます。

   a. 学会でおこなうような「通常査読」

   b. 掲載の可否を判定するのではなく、掲載できるように修正を提案する「アドバイス査読」 

・ただし「アドバイス査読」の場合は、投稿者と査読者の合意ができた後に、匿名のもう一人の査読者を加えて2名による「通常査読」に移行します。

・また「アドバイス査読」を選んでも、アドバイス者と投稿者の意見が合わない場合は、その段階で「通常査読」に移行することもできます。その場合は、新たな匿名の2名による査読となります。

1. This is an online journal. We are currently preparing for online publication under the following policies and are in the process of obtaining a National Diet Library (NDL) ISSN/Journal Number.

2. Submission Guidelines: We welcome submissions from anyone at any time, including members of our research institute. Please send your completed manuscript in both Word and PDF formats to hxo@mel2015.com.  When submitting, please specify whether your work is a Theoretical Research Paper or a Practical Research Report.

4. Publication Process: Upon receipt of a manuscript, we will begin the peer-review process immediately. Once the review is complete and the paper is accepted, it will be published sequentially on this website. Consequently, the journal uses a  continuous numbering system  rather than a traditional volume/issue format.

5. Peer Review Options: Authors may choose from the following two peer-review methods:

a. Standard Peer Review: A conventional academic review process.

b. Advisory Peer Review: A process focused on suggesting improvements to make the paper publishable, rather than simply deciding on acceptance or rejection.

*Important Notes on Advisory Peer Review: If you choose "Advisory Peer Review," once an agreement is reached between the author and the advisor, the manuscript will transition to "Standard Peer Review" by two reviewers (including one additional anonymous reviewer).

* If the author and the advisor cannot reach an agreement during the advisory stage, the author may choose to switch to "Standard Peer Review" at that point. In such cases, the manuscript will be reviewed by two new anonymous reviewers.
