School Counseling

To ensure that your final transcript is sent to the college you are attending, you MUST complete TWO senior exit surveys located in Naviance; Graduation Survey and the Medway High School Graduation Survey. Surveys must be completed by May 23rd.

Please follow the steps to complete:

1. Go to Naviance and log-in

2. Click on the 'About Me' Tab

3. Under 'Surveys', first complete the Graduation Survey

4. To access the second survey, click on the 'About Me' tab

6. Under 'Surveys', click 'Surveys from Your School'

7. Complete the Medway High School Graduation Survey

**Please note: Surveys are confidential. Only counselors will be able to see the results. It is imperative that admissions decisions are updated correctly as this affects college statistics and scattergrams that will be used by future seniors.
