We planned two seperate activities for the participants at STRIVE in order to offer them options of what they would like to do so that we could promote them having agency over making their own decisions during the lesson. One was designed to be more craft-based and focused on gross motor skills while the other was designed to be more drawing-forward and focused on fine motor skills.
