Bio: Hello, my name is Meggie and I teach 4th grade. Something you will quickly learn is that my life is full of animals. I have 5 dogs, 2 bunnies, 14 chickens, and 5 ducks. My house usually has a few foster animals, too. Needless to say, it is quite busy at home! In addition to my animals, I love reading, hiking, and coffee. 

I come from the southwest deserts. I moved to Maine to get my teaching certificate at College of the Atlantic. Once here, I just never found a reason to leave this beautiful community! I started teaching in Ellsworth and moved to Conners Emerson in 2021 to be closer to home.

I am so excited to start this year in 4th grade with so many wonderful students!
