Geometry

Welcome to Geometry. Geometry is a necessary class for high school graduation and going to college. There will be some questions on SAT tests that you will learn about in this class. Some of the main topics are transformations, area and volume, triangles, quadrilaterals (4 sides) and basic trigonometry. Some of these things were done in middle school, and will be at a higher level this year.

It would also be good to review and if necessary relearn some Algebra 1 topics. Everything from Algebra 1 will be needed again in Algebra 2 that you will take after Geometry.
