Goal / Mission Statement of the Promotion Board
The purpose of the promotion board is to identify cadets with high performance and dedication within the unit, and provide them increased leadership roles within the unit based upon that performance and dedication through a section process. By doing so we outline those Cadets as leaders amongst the rest, providing them more opportunities to grow and improve the unit as a whole.
