Take ten minutes today (or longer) to intentionally move your body in any way that would feel most supportive to you. Consider the following reflection prompts for ideas:
Bring your awareness to your body right now. Are there any points of tension or soreness that could benefit from some gentle stretching?
What movement activities did you enjoy as a child?
What type of movement brings joy?
If the sense of feeling is unavailable to you or moving your body isn't possible for you today, consider visualizing yourself walking or doing any movement activity without moving.
