GFES Library Link to our Catalog of Books!

By clicking on the title above, you will be able to access the Georgian Forest ES Destiny Discover catalog. This landing page will show you all the eBooks, Audiobooks, Collections, and Learning Links that you can access either at school or from home. You will first need to log in to gain access.

First, click on Login in the upper right hand corner.
Next, click on the blue box on the left: MCPSMD SSO Login.
Then, follow the directions to log in using your username and password.
You will know you are logged in if you see your name in the upper right hand corner.
Now, click on "More" in the top menu, then select "Back Office".
Then, click on "Catalog" in the top menu.
Finally, explore each category to either read a book, listen to a book, access a collection, or engage in an online resource.

Access the public library website.

Anyone can access the public library! All you need is a library card and all resources provided by the public library are available to you! If you don't have a library card you can sign up for an electronic library card here!

Wheaton Public Library

One of the public libraries close to our community is the Wheaton Public Library. It is located at 11701 Georgia Ave. Recently, Ms. Cindy Gil, Librarian II of Children Services, shared some important resources for me to pass onto our GFES community. Please take a moment to explore these resources!

**Have your library card handy because you may need your library card number and Pin for access to these services!

Resources for Parents: We've got homework resources for K-2, 3-5 & Middle School. Brainfuse's HelpNow is a unique tutoring and study suite designed for patrons of all ages. With on-demand one-to-one online homework help, students can draw or type their questions into an online classroom and receive live homework assistance from a Brainfuse tutor.

Resources for Kids: Don't forget to check out our Kids Page! We've got those kiddos covered with Book Lists. Find even more books to read using our digital resources on Bookflix, hoopla, kanopy kids, and the Libby app!

Resources for Teens: Whether it is getting ready for college, looking for volunteer opportunities, writer's clubs or more, our Teen Page is there for you!

With our Wireless Printing services you can send print jobs to our printer, right from your own device.
