For Help Applying for State or Federal Programs
The Office of Eligibility and Support Services (OESS) has a Call Center that can assist customers to file an application.
Call OESS at 240-777-1003 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday if you have questions. You can submit a applications and supporting documents via email to OESS at OESS.MoCo@montgomerycountymd.gov.

We can connect you with information about food, health care, housing, and other community resources in your language! All staff are bilingual Spanish speakers and have access to interpreters for any language. We will respond to your voicemail - please leave a message!
