Cool Down Activity:

Time to get your body and mind ready to complete the PE lesson.

Take 30 seconds to work on breathing and calming your body.

  • Next PE class we will be working on effort and practice and curiosity.

  • May is also National Physical Education and Sport Month. Make sure to thank your PE teacher or team Coach for their work.

  • Make healthy choices each day for yourself and others.

  • Keep social distance, wear a mask while in public, wash your hands, and take care of yourself each day.
