Time to get your body and mind ready to complete the PE lesson.
Take 30 seconds to work on breathing and calming your body.
Next PE class we will be working on effort and practice and curiosity.
May is also National Physical Education and Sport Month. Make sure to thank your PE teacher or team Coach for their work.
Make healthy choices each day for yourself and others.
Keep social distance, wear a mask while in public, wash your hands, and take care of yourself each day.
