  • Students will have the opportunity to participate in:

    • warm-up activity

    • self awareness activity

    • health-related fitness activity

    • check for understanding

    • benefits of exercise

    • check for understanding

    • cool down activity

    • lesson review

    • look ahead to lesson 5 in PE
