The Godzilla Movie is based off of the previous movies, the franchise was good but this newer movie that came out was very bland, the actors were very good, but the movie was hard to understand at the most part.
I also do not get why they had to add so many events into the movie when its based off of the original Kong skull island, I feel like they just keep copying the movie again and again.
And although the actors were good, they could have used more drama. I felt as if the director for the movie did not think out the script for the movie that well. Therefore I believe it could have been much better if the movie was not based on every other movie that was made in the franchise.
Even though the film was sci-fi and action packed, it was still a 5 out of 10 for me.
The film throughout is just very nonchalant. Godzilla in the movie had excellent animation and the artistry was so amazing to watch. The fans who watch each of the movies have been debating to if th films were built off of the very first one. I Also have more reasons as to why I believe that this film is not all that it seems. Starting with the fan based knowledge the movies were not following any of the previous scripts, and the actors were not giving as much detail as the fans needed to follow the movie.
And alot like the Godzilla movie, Kong and Godzilla have their own movies and it is all hard to comprehend. They both are similar in the storyline, and Kong in the last movies of the Kong series, Kong was one the show more emotion and be more passive to humans. As to Godzilla, he is a very aggressive being, and does not play a big role in the movie. The movie also consists of a nature, and mythical creatures and is more on the side a genre of Jurassic Park.
The movie name was Kong vs Godzilla new empire, and the new empire was supposedly called Hollow Earth. And I believe that they rushed through the idea, and the film was rushed overall, because the scenes were very fast, there was no problem solving, and it seemed to simple.
But the Kong series and the Godzilla series both hold a big role in the sci-fi, and monster movie spectrum of film history, and many loved the 1954 film Godzilla Kind Of Monsters.
It was loved by many people, but over time the theme and addition of people were terrible.
The original movies did not have many people, and mainly focused on Godzilla, and kongs origin. But over the decades they continues to add unrealistic and things that did not relate to the original. So In my fair opinion the movie did not follow hardly any of the previous movies and it was very rushed.
