How to identify students with a Program 194 (ELP- Expanded Learning Program) record in Aeries:

1. Navigate to the Query Page

2. Run the following Query

LIST STU PGM STU.SC STU.ID STU.NM STU.GR PGM.CD PGM.ESD PGM.EED BY STU.SC  IF PGM.CD = 194 AND PGM.ESD > 07/01/20xx AND ( PGM.EED = NULL OR PGM.EED >= 06/30/20xx )

• Replace xx's with the current year dates

• Include Inactive Students if needed

Simple Query:

LIST STU PGM STU.SC STU.ID STU.NM STU.GR PGM.CD IF PGM.CD = 194
