Q: Do we include Private School Employment in 'Total Years of Service'?
A: Yes. Include years employed in a Certificated or Administrative position at a CA Private School.
Q: CRSE0458 Missing Middle School Core Setting Indicator
A: All Courses with a Departmentalized Course Standards Grade Level Range Code of MID, require the Middle School Core Setting question to be answered. THIS DOES NOT MEAN "CORE SUBJECT" nor should all middle school departmentalized classes have "yes" for the middle school core setting indicator.
Definition of Middle School Core Setting:
Teaches two or more subjects to the same group of students in the same day, and;
The student population for the class(es) remains substantially the same.

Q: Where do I enter my Postsecondary survey results for prior year CTE completers?
A: CTE PSTS Entry is done on the Secondary Stu Data page in Aeries, in the PRIOR YEAR database.
