Project SEARCH is modeled on a nationally recognized program developed at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. Project SEARCH provides students age 18-24 with quality, paid and unpaid internship experiences in the “real world.” Project SEARCH consists of classroom time to teach employability and soft skills combined with three different eight week internships. After this experience, the students continue into our Employment Services and begin the job seeking process with their job coach.
