BT Access is a door-to-door bus service for those who cannot ride the regular bus because of safety or mobility issues. An application is required. BT Access only operates within the city limits. Trips cost $2 each way.

Go here to get the application information and/or fill out application below. Two people (including one professional who knows the individual) are needed to complete the application.
There is a website and app to set up rides once you have been approved. BT Access will help you set up your account.

There is a mobile app now for purchasing and using tickets called BLink.
Once approved, you can get an ID card to ride the regular BT for free.
