DIS Students (exchange) have an opportunity to send their personal belongings back to their home country.
In case of necessity, MBE can also import your belongings to Denmark from anywhere in the world.
Insurance for the shipment value up to 20,000 DKK is 300 DKK.
For the shipments valued more than 20,000 DKK, the insurance will cost 300 DKK + 1% of the additional declared value.
* Rates do not include applicable import/export duties & taxes.

We’ll coordinate a combined collection of suitcases from DIS students HUB but if those dates are not convenient, you are always welcome to come to our office when it best suits you.
Make sure to have your suitcase/box properly identified with your full name.
If you have more than one item to ship (either multiple boxes or multiple suitcases), write to info+DIS@mbedenmark.dk with the measurements (L, W , H) and weight for the customized quotation.
Collection :
The Collection is scheduled for 06th of May & 8th of May 2025, from the Student Hub from 10:30 - 12:30.
The MBE team will be there with boxes and other packing materials should you need them.
If you are unable to bring your suitcases to the DIS Hub on these dates, please don't worry. You are welcome to visit our location at your convenience to arrange the shipment of your belongings. Our address is illustrated below (Mon - Fri : 08:30-18:00).
** Important : When you communicate with MBE and fill out the address form, always use the same email address to avoid any confusions.
