Prohibited / restricted items

• Any foods, drinks - beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), narcotics (cigarettes, tobacco, vapes) drugs etc. are strictly prohibited to send. 

• Likewise any medicines, pills, including those over the counter medicines are prohibited to send. 

• Do not include any knives / sharp objects (including those kitchen knives).

• Batteries (AA/AAA, Bottom cell)should be removed from the electronic items before sending.

• It is prohibited to include lighters.

See below a completed list of prohibited and the restricted items. 

You cannot include the following items in your suitcase to send out to the Non EU Countries. The sender must be aware that it is their responsibility if the suitcase would contain any of the prohibited items. 

1. Narcotics

Narcotics (Hemps / Marijuna including CBD, medical or otherwise) as well as any other medicines containing Prohibited Substances

2. Alcoholic Beverage

Any kind of alcoholic Beverages (Wine, Whiskey, Beer)

3. Cigarettes & Tobacco

Any Cigarettes as well as Tobacco or Nicotine containing products like Snuffs or Chewing Tobacco (even MATCH BOXES / MATCH STICKS are not allowed)

4. Weapons

Weapons of Any kind or Weapon look alike like toys

5. Cosmetic Products

Nail Polishes, Perfumes, Body Spray, with flammable content. 

6. Pronographic Materials

7. Electronic Cigarette / Vaping Product

8. High Intensity Discharge (HID) Lights & High Powered Lasers

9. Jewellery & High value Electronics

Valuable Jewellery & Electronics like camera, laptops, Mobile phones, speakers etc 

10. Batteries

Any batteries or Li-ion Battery equipped devices (Mobile, Laptop, speaker,) are restricted. Only individual Batteries (without the device),  AA , AAA, Bottom cell are prohibited.

 If there is anything (9 & 10) in the suitcase, you must inform the MBE. This must be declared and marked before the shipment is made.

11. Products made in Iran

This is applicable especially in the case of US & Canada. 

12. Food

Royal Honey & Royal Jelly, Salmon, Seeds, Green fruits and vegetables, etc

13. Paint

Any painting products and Flammable or combustible paint and paint-related items

Collection : 

The Collection is scheduled for 06th of May & 8th of May 2025, from the Student Hub from 10:30 - 12:30.

The MBE team will be there with boxes and other packing materials should you need them.

If you are unable to bring your suitcases to the DIS Hub on these dates, please don't worry. You are welcome to visit our location at your convenience to arrange the shipment of your belongings. Our address is illustrated below (Mon - Fri : 08:30-18:00).

 ** Important : When you communicate with MBE and fill out the address form, always use the same email address to avoid any confusions.
