5 Day Specials "Day" Rotation
Students will be running on a "5 day" Special cycle. This means that, on the student's corresponding "day of the week," students will have that Special. For example, if Gym is on Monday, student's will then have Gym on Mondays.
Students are responsible in making sure they come prepared with Gym Uniform and Sneakers on their corresponding day each and every meeting!
*3rd-6th Grade ONLY*
If a student is unprepared with NO Gym Uniform (Top & Bottom) or sneakers for 3 Gym classes in a Quarter, then the student will receive a Demerit for no accountability.

PE EXPECTATIONS
Grade Scale: Points: 200 Points Per Class (NOTE: Points are high due to only seeing students once a week and the time is VALUED.
Grade Comments: Clear and concise comments will be marked in Powerschool if points are removed from student's grade along with the date it occurred)
60 Points: Preparation: Sneakers (30 points) & Gym Uniform - Top (15 points) + Bottom (15 points)
50 Points: Participation: Instant Activity (25 points) & Game (25 points)
50 Points: Following Directions: Arrival (10 points), In spot (10 points), silent during Mr. Mutek's instructions (20 points), Gameplan (10 points), & Dismissal (10 points)
40 Points: Sportsmanship (20 points)/Concept (The “Why” in playing the games and activities with RESPECT)

Each student will be assigned a spot that they will sit at the beginning of class. The spot will have a letter (representing the color of the dot) and a number (the order they sit in). For example, Y6 is the 6th yellow dot.
This is where I take attendance.
Students are responsible in memorizing their dot (taking OWNERSHIP)
Dots represent student's "Team Color:" Yellow, Blue, Red, or Orange
1st Redirection - Warning

3rd Redirection - "Calm Corner" meeting area with Mr. Mutek
