The Cape Codder Resort & Spa is located at 1225 Iyannough Rd in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

Reservations are due no later than September 22, 2023. A deposit of one night’s room rate plus occupancy tax is required per room to confirm reservations. The Cape Codder Resort & Spa accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Individuals reserving their guest rooms may use our toll-free • number: 888-297-2200, or use the online booking procedure as outlined below. When calling, guests must identify themselves as part of the Mass Council State Conference in order to receive the preferred group rates.

Scroll to bottom right of home page where “Online Reservations” box appears.
Enter Arrival Date, Departure Date, Adults, Children in the boxes indicated.
Click on “Enter it now” where it says “Have promo or group code?”
Enter Code MCSS1023 where it says ‘group code’ and click “Update.”
Select Room Type by clicking “BOOK NOW”
Continue with reservation process.
Advance deposits are refundable for individual cancellations received at least 14 days prior to guest arrival date. Please be aware of this policy. Cancellation of a reservation within 14 days of arrival, or failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date, will be charged a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax. An early departure is considered a cancellation. If any group member decides to shorten the length of their stay within 14 days of arrival, the penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax will apply.

A taxable Resort Fee of $5.00 per room, per night plus tax will be applied (fee subject to change). The Resort fee is a nightly mandatory fee for each room which includes use of the fitness center, heated outdoor pool, bonfires, unlimited local & domestic long distance phone calls, resort entertainment, and the business center.

Group rates do not include admission to the Water Park or Wave Pool area, but entrance fees will be offered to group guests at a reduced rate. Entrance to the Outdoor Pool is included with group rates.

Take the Southeast Expressway (Route 93 South) to Route 3 South. Follow Route 3 South toward Cape Cod. Cross over the Sagamore Bridge onto Route 6 East (Mid-Cape Highway). Follow Route 6 for approximately 20 miles to exit 68 (Route 132/Hyannis). Merge right off the ramp onto Route 132. The Cape Codder Resort & Spa is approximately one mile on the right before the intersection of Route 132 and Bearse's Way.
