Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct

The MassArt Equal Opportunity, Non-discrimination, and Title IX (EO) Plan identifies our responsibility to respond to reports of discrimination, sex-based discrimination, and sex-based harassment - including sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. Retaliation for reporting, or participating in the response process, is also a violation of the EO Plan.

MassArt strongly encourages anyone who experiences discrimination or sexual misconduct to report the incident so the College can provide support, resources, and resolution.

Residence Life Staff (RAs and RDs) and Security Staff all have a duty-to-report, and are required to notify the Title IX Coordinator of any reported violations of the Equal Opportunity, Non-discrimination, and Title IX Plan.
