To start your treatment your therapist will ask you to sit on the chair provided where you stay throughout the duration of the IHM. Ideally if you are wearing a vest top and or with thin straps as clothing does not need to be removed. Treatments start with shoulder and neck massage to gently relax muscles, where knots, stiffness and tension often are. Then moving to the head, squeezing, gently tapping and briskly tussled. Pressure points are worked and finally on to the face, working acupressure points.
