*Preferences for receiving communications from SwiftK12 can only be accessed through Powerschool on a web browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox and cannot be accessed with the Powerschool mobile phone app.
You're in control! Update your SwiftK12 Preferences and Contact Information while logged into Powerschool.
Contact Information - Email addresses, phone numbers
Alert Preferences - By alert category (Attendance, General Information, Grade Alerts, Lunch Balance, School Closure, Teacher Messages), identify the email addresses and phone numbers that you wish to receive communications. By default, EMERGENCY messages go out to ALL email addresses and phone numbers. Preferences for this category cannot be changed.
Directions For Updating Preferences:
1. Log into Powerschool (browser only).
2. Click the SwiftReach SwiftK12 icon in the left panel once you're logged in.
3. Click on either Contact Information or Alert Preferences to make changes.
4. Click Save Changes when completed.
